Velnoon product designs are protected by registered design rights (modelrecht).

These registered design rights protect the overall visual appearance of Velnoon products, including their shape, form, proportions and design characteristics.

The registered design grants Velnoon the exclusive right to use and commercially exploit these designs.

Scope of protection

Protection applies to:

  designs that do not create a different overall impression

  any product that is visually similar to the registered design
  

Minor modifications or superficial changes do not avoid infringement.

Enforcement

In the event of unauthorized use or imitation, Velnoon will take appropriate legal action to protect its registered design rights.

No tolerance is applied to deliberate imitation.

No license granted

Nothing on this website shall be interpreted as granting any license, permission or right to use Velnoon’s registered designs.

All rights relating to the registered design are expressly reserved.
